Hi, I have set the email up so that you can send emails from external/internal email addresses to the support suite and the tickets are logged down. A autoresponse is received when you send it from an interal address eg nathan@mydomain.co.uk but when i send it form hotmail or ntlworld for example we get no responce! We are running exchange 2007. Help would be appreciated! Nathan |

also...when you create a new ticket it will send to nathan@mydomain.com but not to an external email address... HELP! |
