Windows Email Piping - 25-06-2009, 02:38 PM

I have read numerous threads and tried numerous different ways to get email piping to work in my environment and about ready to toss my server through the wall. I'm currently running Windows 2003 with IIS and Exchange 2007.

I have tried 3 different methods:

Parsing through a gmail account because I am using Exchange 2007 and there is no connector (that I can find) that will work and when trying to use the gmail account (as suggested in the kayako text) nothing happens.

The method is this thread:
Email piping on Windows

But when I get to this line the program tells me that it cannot find the specified path.
Code:
change permissions on esupport.sh to 755 : chmod 755 /cygdrive/c/mimedecode/esupport.sh
So I decided to read further down that thread and try downloading Hmailserver but I was unable to get email to parse through that program either.

Does ANYONE have a sure fire way to get email piping working in the kayako suite? Perhaps someone can walk me STEP BY STEP through one of the 3 methods above to help me get this set up?

I need users to be able to respond to tickets from their email as we will eventually be moving the site out of our intranet and out to our clients. And for the record, I've submitted numerous help tickets to kayako and never had one reply. As you can tell I'm a bit frustrated at this point, but when I am able to get ahold of your support team via live chat I've been very pleased with their level of response.

Thought I'd add that I've tried WGET as well but it hasn't worked for me either, even after setting up the scheduled task.

Setting up e-mail parsing using POP3 (or IMAP) on Windows 2003 Server
