24 hour Time Format

Maybe I missed this in the search.

I don't really care much on how the date format looks ie: 12/25/2007 is fine by me though I personally prefer: 2007/12/25 since it sorts chronological by year/mo/date..

In any case I want to see 24 hour time, not AM/PM and can't seem to find where to change this if it is an option, so I'd like to see it as an option.

I think you can set this under:
Admin CP > Settings > Date & Time

Admin CP -> Settings -> Date & Time -> Set "Time Format" to "H:i" (without the quotes, take notice of the capitalisation) and set "Date & Time Format" to "d M Y H:i".

You don't need to. Jamie or one of the other moderators will move it to the correct board when they see it so it can help other users who want to do the same thing.
