It would be really nice if it was possible to have the hosted eSupport edition on a custom subdomain, i.e. support.company.com instead of company.helpserve.com. I think the hosted editions carry a huge value through super competitive TCO, it's "annoying" to be limited by the lack on "branding" on the hosted edition through subdomain customization.
