Add an "edit" icon to the custom fields area of tickets -

eSupport has a "delete" icon for custom fields in tickets (which I think either shouldn't be there or should provide a "are you sure you want to do this" warning, but that's a different ticket)
Can we get an icon right on the custom fields area to allow editing (instead of hitting the edit tab) It would make more sense to me to hit an icon right on the area, rather than going to the edit tab (which is still a good thing to have)

Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
