Add Label in Ticket reply page - 11-05-2007, 04:31 AM

There's no way to add ticket labels except in the Manage Ticket list view. This renders that feature pretty useless.

If Kayako will keep the labels feature, please allow staff users to add it from within the ticket detail pages.

Hi Caitylyn,

There is actually a way - when viewing a ticket, click on the menu bar at the top to "turn it editable" - to the far right you should see the available labels and corresponding check boxes.

How funny that you should say this is already available. I posted it as a feature request as a result of contacting Kayako through the helpdesk, when I was informed adding labels are not possible from the ticket reply pages.

I'm attaching a sample of the ticket reply page. Can you enlighten me as to where to turn labels editable?

Not there, on the main tab click just under the tab title.
