Allow to BCC and CC when forward email - Kayako Community Forums

webnic Offline New Member Posts: 2 Join Date: Nov 2007	Allow to BCC and CC when forward email - 29-11-2007, 09:16 AM Currently the helpdesk does not allow to cc and bcc when forward email. I would like to request Kayako to consider and add this new feature in the future enhancement. Thank you.
