Fixed via live support: Dinker Sangar: Staff CP > Tickets > Manage Tickets > Options(in the top right corner of the tickets' list) > Select Owner As Current User = Yes. Dinker Sangar: If enabled, the ticket will automatically be assigned to the last staff user to reply. Dinker Sangar: Anything else I can assist you with? Michael: I see it. Excellent! Can this be set via the admin for all users or would I need to login as each user and setup each individually? Dinker Sangar: Sorry Michael, this has to be done from the Staff CP only for each staff member. Michael: Ok - that's fine. Thanks for the help
It would be nice to be able to set the "set user on reply" option as a global admin rule rather than having to go into each user and set it up. |
