When browsing into the KB directory structure (from the end user's point of view), there is always a 'Back' link on the bottom of each page to get up again. When viewing a KB article, there is no 'Back' link to get back to the recent list of articles. The user must use the browser's back button in this case (which is not consistent) or find back through the bread crumb navigation (which he probably won't find out, and which wouldn't be consistent, too). I'd call this a bug, but support asked me to post it here in the feature request forum. -Oliver |
