Billing/Note indicator icon

Currently, if you add a note to a ticket, the icon changes to the little note icon.

If you add billing to a ticket, the icon on the ticket view changes to the note icon with the little right facing arrow.


If you add both, the billing note indicator takes precedence over the icon note and you only see that it has billing (from ticket view)

I would like to suggest Kayako add a different icon for when a ticket has both.

Something like this (apologies, I'm no artist!) ...see attached
