You can use the custom fields to gather additional information when a client submits a ticket from the software web interface. I tend to agree with RBosman: this sort of thing should be more integrated. I'm going to see whether, in v4, I can't get that information to propogate automatically. No promises yet. -------------------------------------------------------------------
