| deleting multiple tickets -

Hello,
This is pretty annoying... If you want to delete a bunch of spam tickets, you have to select them, use a pulldown menu, then scroll over to the right to find the tiny "go" button and click on it. What is more frustrating is that I have long priority names and even if one isn't selected, the options don't fit in a high resolution 19" monitor window. In the last version we had, all you had to do is select them and click on delete. No scrolling, searching, and only a few clicks.
I had to ask support how to easily delete a message when viewing it because it is so un-obvious. It is hidden under "options" at the top left. This is such a common feature that is should be a very simple button close to where you read the image. Maybe even a red "X" like everyone else has.
I would also like to able to ban a user, but close the ticket instead of delete it. Just in case it shouldn't have been deleted, because that happens when you are very busy.
