| Disallow (permissions) someone else to respond to a ticket assigned to me -

Scenario:
I'm the boss. When a ticket is assigned to me, no one else is allowed to step in and answer my tickets (e-mail).
I suggest a system that allows us to add a permission "Can reply to other staff assigned tickets" which allows/disallows a staff (employee) to reply to tickets that have been assigned to other staff.
We don't want some minion chiming in when the experts have been assigned the ticket to handle. This can cause customers to get very frustrated when they may have reached a point that requires TLC!!! |
