I'd like the ability to add to flood protection settings based on e-mail address with some matching ability such that I can say never send autoresponder messages to a list of address. This should take both full addresses, domains, or regex within so you can specify all subdomains for example. Different settings for different domains would be useful.
Also, what would also solve
the problem I'm seeing is if there was an option that you could specify to disable all auto-responder messages to other ticketing systems. Kayako can easily be set to identify other Kayako instances and other popular ticketing systems based on headers, and an option to disable it sending to other ticketers (or their auto-responders) when these are seen would be useful.
