Would it be possible to have a script to convert all of the kb articles / helpdesk links to .html pages for Google SiteMap? I think that would be a huge benefit.

That will require a small .htaccess mod and some modification to the kayako code. Check with jc11(SoftAir), they might do it for you.

Well nothing a 10 minute PHP script couldn't do:

No .htaccess involved, wrote a script to pull the articles, then navigate to the article url, get the source, and output it to an HTML file.

Yup, that's fine. But I see you will need to generate those html files everytime they are changed (editing, new comments, ratings, etc), right?
