Hosted SupportSuite - Custom Fields in Staff Ticket Display - 20-09-2007, 03:07 PM

For any hosted solution, it makes more sense for the Custom Fields to be displayed above the Contents section (and thereby ABOVE the SEND button), similar to how it already is for the registered/guest user. Having the custom fields below the Contents section (and SEND button) is very confusing, and breaks any logical flow of data/information.
