Hi there,
It would be a very interesting functionality to have the ability to directly access the database of a hosted version of Kayako SupportSuite.I think some customers,like us,want to pay extra for that functionality,

I doubt this will happen due to the nature of the hosted platform.

Hi quipment,

Unfortunatly externally available MySQL access is not available for hosted accounts, unless you are hosted on a dedicated server (hosted appliance).
