If possible, can InstaAlert be made to expand the department categories with a single click when you click the "+" ? I know you can set it to expand all the categories, but we have quite a few here and I typically don't want to see them all. A minor feature to be sure, but the double click seems unnecessary. Cheers, Rich Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles. Cheers! |

Chiming (back) in here, not sure when this changed, (or what changed it), but single click works for me now. Hmmm...mine works with single click now as well. This must have been changed with one of the recent releases we were using to test the repaint issue. I guess this could be closed now. |
