I've got an interesting idea. The idea would be when a new ticket comes in, kayako would send an instant message to whoever, the message would display along with an assortment of options like "1 to reply to ticket - 2 to close ticket etc" then you would send your response to kayako and then you would type your response in the chat window, send it and then that would be sent to kayako and then kayako would send that out as a reply to the ticket. I think this is a million dollar idea, and if it could be done would make things a lot easier and faster for all users of kayako software. |

This is partially already implemented in InstaAlert (notification of ticket updates). -------------------------------------------------------------------
