You know that Salesforce group version is fairly low cost and integrates well with google apps.
If you integrated support suite and salesforce.com it might not be all that useful for your current clients, but it would expose you to a lot of larger companies who are used to paying quite a bit more for software. You might be able to charge separately after a free 6 month trial. The salesforce.com clients who out grow the $9/mo/user for up to 5 users, pay $50+ per month per user (staff) and think it's well worth it.
