Currently in order to get IRS to work when creating a ticket from within the Staff CP you have to type data within the small text box located about the logout icon. I think this is not user friendly. Why can't the IRS work just like the support centre IRS works? I think the IRS should work as staff type data within the contents box. |

Here's another problem with this...After receiving a ticket via support centre, if you go to post a reply there is no IRS there anymore. It seems like the IRS for staff only works when creating a new ticket from the staff CP. Anyone else notice this? |
