Hi there, I am afraid that it is not possible to paste tables and retain table formatting into ticket replies. The WYSIWYG editor for ticket replies was removed in Version 3, due to numerous problems it caused with e-mail formation. However, an addon is discussed here: WYSIWYG Html Emails - Almost done !!! - but I am not sure of the status of it. The reasons for why the WYSIWYG editor was not featured in Version 3 are discussed here: WYSIWYG for tickets? i request wysiwyg -------------------------------------------------------------------
