New Login Method

In the options area, there setting as default for accounts should be removed.

There should then be a drop down menu added above the accounts list saying "Action on Launch". By default this should be set to "Show Login Screen" but you should be able to set it to launch a particular account in the list.

There should be another setting here saying "Prompt for Password on Login Box" being defaultly enabled.

When you launch LR, if an account is selected for the default launch action, it should login to that account. If the login screen is used, it should show a drop down box listing all the usernames. If "Prompt for Password on Login Box" is set to enabled, it should show a password box. If not, it shouldn't.

If using the login box, the ability to add a new account from here should exist but there should be a setting in options to disable the adding of new accounts from here.

Unless the user is logged into LiveResponse, they should only have access to the Login box.

Why have you moved it to the "Wont Implement / Already Implemented"?

Two reasons why you shouldn't really. One being that it is a WinApp feature request rather than a SupportSuite core one. Other being if it is "In Progress" it hasn't actually been implemented yet so should be in Will Implement.
