Problem with character encoding (canned messages)

Hello,
We are using Greek language
I have the following situation:
I can successfully add Greek canned messages from the staff panel
I can successfully type, send and receive Greek text from the WinApp application to customers
BUT I cannot use canned messages containing Greek characters. The characters do not show (only punctuation characters are shown).
I have done the following if it is any help to you:
I checked cache.xml in the WinApp folder and the sentences do not appear correctly there (the Greek characters are not shown and only punctutation characters are shown)
I tried to change manually the cache.xml file with the correct Greek characters, changed it to read only and still I have a problem showing the Greek characters from canned messages in the chat window.
I would really appreciate a fast response since we really need canned messages.
We are using version: 3.0.2.1 (UNICODE)

Does anyone have and answer to my problem? I have submitted a ticket days ago but didn't get an answer except the ticket autorespond
