Suggestion: Rename priority "Low" to "Normal" - 30-08-2007, 01:25 PM

I know we can do this in our AdminCP and I have done so. However, for your future versions, I suggest renaming "Low" to "Normal" as I just had a case where a customer got upset because their auto-responder showed their inquiry as "Low Priority" which set them off! I understand their point so I renamed "Low" to "Normal" as we never want our customers to think anything is "Low Priority" as it just has a bad connotation.

My $.02.

Moved to feature requests - this is a good idea. However, I think it is easy enough for it to be done yourself (as you have done) - a lot of people have a use for "low" priority tickets, so I would be against removing them outright.

You could also change the default priority from Low to another per e-mail queue.

I agree with Jamie. It is dead easy to change yourself.
