Moved to feature requests - this is a good idea. However, I think it is easy enough for it to be done yourself (as you have done) - a lot of people have a use for "low" priority tickets, so I would be against removing them outright. You could also change the default priority from Low to another per e-mail queue. -------------------------------------------------------------------
