Smile Tickets -> Ability to edit subject while replying - 17-10-2007, 08:56 PM

A feature that would be very interesting to implemente is view some custom fields created in the Tickets when we select some Tickets and use the "Mass Print" option.
Or any form to use these custom fields in this print, or a way to export tickets with these information in any way, live xml, pdf, cvs.
