Is there anyway that we can add an email address feild to the LiveSupport Application such that when a user logs in and is browsing the site we can track their email address so when we initiate chat its more personal. Maybe we can track the name that is associated with their email account. Since all this info is found within the tables I don't see why it would be difficult. Would anybody else find this useful? |
