Hello. For some reasons, SupportSuite does not give a possibility to users to close their own tickets. It's not good  because it takes sometimes much time for techs to simply close tickets on each customer request "please close this tickets", "you can close this ticket" etc.Does anybody now some workaround to make ability for users to close tickets themselves in the latest version of SupportSuite? |

User's should be able to close their own tickets. Make sure that the close status is set to public and that you've allowed the user group to make changes to tickets once submitted. |
