Auto-Response Overdue Status

Want to add a new auto e-mail auto responder to respond when a ticket reaches overdue status.

This allows the customers to know that we are still working on their case, even though it reached the overdue status.

Isn't it the same Feature Request?

Its already exists with an icon "You have posted in this thread" (look at the bottom of a page).

What i meant was a button like the "Today's post" in the quick links menu at the top. This feature is on all phpBB forums and it's usefull when you are not -watching- (auto getting an email) a topic where you replied.

Edit: Ah, it exists in fact. Click on your nick on one of your posts then chose "more post by <user>"
Edit: or go to your profile page (clicking on your avatar) then you get "find all post by <user>" and "find all thread started by <user>".
That could be put in the quicklinks.

Yeah but the icons are so similar you almost have to check the legend everytime like 4 times to be sure. They need to create different icons or colours for each type.
