I really think it's very important/usefull and also easy to implement, to have the ability to collect custom fields from visitors when they start a live chat session, like not only the name and email, also some custom fields we can create, as we can with the new tickets. Also, I note than if we create custom user registration fields for a user, this info is not visible for the live chat operator for this user. I'm crazy or this is a mising easy but consistent functionalitys for the eSupportSuite product ? Have a nice day! |
