Custom Fields Default filtering view by custom fields

Bamse Offline New Member Posts: 6 Join Date: Apr 2006	Default filtering view by custom fields - 30-05-2007, 10:42 AM When using filtering by a custom field ,supportsuite defaults to show all tickets if no ticket exist in the system with this custom field set. I would like supportsuite to show no tickets if no ticket is in the system have this custom set. This should be selectable, default to show all tickets or default to show no tickets.
