This may be a bug but it would be good if when setting up priorities, sla's, etc... that instead of having a drop down list of the departments, we should have a multiple-select box. That way you can apply the settings to multiple departments instead of having to create a seperate entry for each department. Right now its basically either apply to all departments or one department and thats really inefficient. |
