Allow the customer to send transcript to themselves at the end of the chat session, after the chat has ended it should display a simple page with a question "Would you like us to email you a transcript of this chat?". There should be an option to enable/disable this.

There should also be an option to add survey to the end of the chat session for customer feedback.

from what I hear though this stuff is going to be available in v4 when it comes out... But don't know if it will make it out for v3... I think it should....

How are we talking about v4 when we haven't even gotten to v3.1 STABLE yet? I don't think that is quite accurate. Any staff who can let us know about this would be good. Thanks.
