It would be good if kayako could validate a user from the staff CP. For example, a user calls for support and gives me their email address. I enter it in submit the ticket. Now the user is registered and the ticket has gone through. However, this is not the process that I would want. Only registered users should be able to create tickets therefore the create ticket page should also validate the user's email address to see if the user is registered.
Is there anyway that Kayako can implement user validation into the create ticket section of the Staff CP in the same manner that it does for the support centre? |
