WYSIWYG for Tickets will never be a feature in the future because of the problems it caused in V2. You can however implement it yourself. Look at WYSIWYG Html Emails - Almost done !!! for more details. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Hi Rodrigo, Duplicate means one has already been posted. You can search the feature requests forums for "wysiwyg" for lots of results, and detailed commentaries. WYSIWYG for tickets? Tickets - WYSIWYG editor -------------------------------------------------------------------
