It would be nice if we could get a "lo-fi" version of the user front end so they could submit tickets from a mobile device with a small screen. The above would be good for the likes of me where if I am not near a computer, I can submit a ticket to the data center (who use Kayako) from my mobile which has web access. This is a fantastic idea as i am sure many ppl would use this like myself so if i wasn't near a computer then i could submit a ticket. This would be great because when you submit a ticket and you have SLA's assigned the timer would start counting down, instead of waiting 10 to 15 minutes until i can get access to a computer and then start the timer as the SLA time would not be right. |
