Hi, I would like to suggest a quick-fix to make InstaAlert-like functionality available for all platforms. Make it possible to open the "Filter tickets" box in the left column of the staff interface in a popup. In addition to working and appearing exactly like the existing "Filter tickets" box, the popup should reload itself every 5 minutes (this could be a setting, if it's not too much trouble) and play a short sound if there are new open tickets since the latest reload. Looking forward to a quick response regarding this issues. |
