| Member Posts: 203 Join Date: Jul 2007 | It would be really nice to expand the Search and Filter options. For example, for Custom Fields, perhaps a "has / does not have this Custom Field". This would allow Staff to search for Tickets that (do not) have certain Custom Fields (since they can be removed from any Ticket, and need to be added manually friom Mail Parser Tickets). For other fields, perhaps an "is / is not empty" option. This would allow Staff to search for Tickets that (do not) have empty fields (that is, missing data). PeteV eSupport hosted 3.11.01 |
