One of my department heads wants to be able to search all of the tickets someone in his group has submitted. I can make a group for him on the customer site so he can see all the tickets submitted by that group, but, there is no way for him to search within that group of tickets. Please add a feature to search the submitted tickets from the customer side. |

Yes, this would be useful for us too. In general, the more customer side permissions / functions available, the better. |
