| New Member Posts: 1 Join Date: May 2007 | Well, I work with kayako as a client and also as helpdesk. As helpdesk Im not having much problems but, as client I can say that sorting ticket system has no common sense at all. Older tickets come first, and newest at last. When I try to access a ticket support already answered, I have to go to the last page, and review between all tickets that still on hold. The older method u have in last version was better. At least there should be a selector to choose which method we prefer. Robby |
