Spam Rules not apply for clients - 18-04-2007, 01:31 AM

Hi, i have made some Mail Pipes Rules on my Kayako. They are so tight now that i reduced spam from 200 a day to maybe 3. The problem is that i dont want these rules to apply for Registered Clients. Its ok if the pipe receives the mail the first time and the rule is applied but once the email is registered as client i want them so be able to send freely.
Is there someway or another rule i can trigger when it detect a registered client to stop the spam rule? You can make a rule that stops all other rules but i dont know then how to trigger that one. Maybe put a field like Username on the ticket and if that is filled it should trigged the rule that stops the spam rules. I dont know if this is possible but it should be added, since the filter i created manually to exclude some words and files is the best anti spam method i had in years now. The problem is that i use the rules for this, its not actually a spam filter, it just acts as one, the idea would be not to filder registered mails just first time senders.

I think it is a good suggestion although this is not possible in the existing version. Kayako is working for a SPAM solution in v4, probably they can add this then.
