When I do a Post Reply message on a ticket it doesn't show me the email addresses that the reply is going to be sent to. This causes problems at times when someone receives a message that should not have been included. |

In mine it shows the additional recipients down at the bottom. Yours doesn't do that? |

Bear, I think he wants to see who its being sent to not who is being CC'ed. He would like to see the TO feild in addtion of the CC field. |

Perhaps you're right, Siora. I was basing it on this comment: "This causes problems at times when someone receives a message that should not have been included." I thought he meant included in addition to the original recipient, since if it was the original recipient, he could just not reply at all. ![]() |
