Clear "Due" time - 07-11-2006, 12:19 AM

I would like to see a feature added to clear a due time off of a ticket. There are times when users reply with notes like "Will let you know if that worked" which we don't want to really delete from the ticket, but requires no reply from us so does not need to be "due".

Anyone else think this is needed?

I agree with you, I have always send a reply saying, auto-setting ticket to on-hold!
