I would like users to be able to sort and filter their ticketlist in the Support Centre. Some users have more than 50 tickets in their list, they find it quite messy to see all the tickets, especially filtering out all the closed ones would really help. It's impossible in the latest stable version 3.04.10. More people interested ? Cheers Mick |
