    Hello,

    we currently observed an odd problem with the parser and Apple Mail.

    When we send in an email with attachment with certain messengers (Apple Mail, Gmail for Android, Apple Mail for iOS) the email gets parsed normally in the webinterface, but the staff notification appears empty.

    When we send in an email with attachment with certain messengers (Outlook, Outlook web, Gmail Web) the email gets parsed normally in the webinterface, the staff notification appears normal.

    When we open a ticket with attachment from the webinterface of kayako, it works as intended.

    Any ideas what the problem could be?
