Add number of customer replies to Latest updater field

    Often a customer will reply that he will try my suggestion and get back to me. It would be useful to know if he replied again so I can tell there is a new response at a glance without having to open the ticket to check. I would suggest something like (2) as depicted in the attached screenshot.
