Add Round Robin Assign feature

    I'd like to have a round robin option enabled inside Kayako that will allow tickets to be dispersed to staff members to even out the amount of tickets each agent handles.

    They won't add it. You'll need to develop your own.

    I made one and it works pretty good.

    Unfortunately I can't. It integrates with our timeclock and is far more than just round-robin, it uses logic to assign tickets based on our needs. It simply wouldn't work without our exact environment. It's also very messy and hacky as Kayako wasn't exactly built with extendability in mind...
