Adding date to Submit Ticket

    I use my system for Ad Creative requests. I require 48 business hours to do the work. On the Submit Ticket form I have a DATE field asking the start date. I want to add something that basically shows the EARLIEST that date can be. For example, if it's 2/13 3pm, the earliest they should put in is 2/15 at 3pm. I just need this displayed in text. Any ideas?
