Alert not working properly

    when we receive a ticket as alert:

    an email sent to the ticket sender "sender@domain.com"
    an email sent to (all staff) as Alert appeared as sender[staff@domain.com]

    but now the email sent to (all staff) as Alert appeared as [staff@domain.com] without the "sender" name
