I am using the android app to access our kayako installation. We use HTTP Basic Authentication to protect it. On iOS it is possible to embed the login credentials into the URL, but Android refuses such URLs as invalid.

    Name: user
    Password: password
    Url: http://kayako.example.com

    makes http://user:password@kayako.example.com
